Happy Early Halloween!

You are going to be a little sheriff.  I can't wait to put your cute little onesie on you.  Love you little man.

Here is a photo of the cute little onesie I purchased from The Wishing Elephant on Etsy.  Cute, cute stuff!

Here's to you buddy

Miles,
I haven't purchased you a baby book, so going to try to keep a log of your milestones, but in a less rigid manner.

You are three weeks and four days old.   Today is Tuesday, September 27th, 2011.  You are laughing if Daddy or I make a silly face or if you just feel like laughing!  A few days ago, you started to coo, and it is the most precious thing.  You hate taking a bath, although the last bath you didn't cry as much.  You love having your hair brushed after your bath. Here are some of your other loves at almost one month:

What you love:

  • Daddy's voice
  • TV
  • Swing
  • Glow Seahorse
  • To poop the most once your diaper comes off
  • Sleep sheep
  • Mommy singing to you

Here are your stats:

Born on Thursday, September 1, 2011 at 4:49 p.m. at Baptist Hospital in Nashville, Tennessee.  Dr. Wade Davidson delivered you. (Really the nurse Bonnie did most of the work, Dr. Davidson just showed up).  Daddy will have to give you his impression of Dr. Davidson later in life.

You weighed 7 lbs 14 1/2 oz and were 19 inches long (but at your pediatrician visit 5 days later, you were 20 1/2-we believe they were hasty with their measurements at the hospital)

Miles-I will try to update this blog for you to have something to read when you grow up. Love you little boomba bread!  Here are some photos we have taken of you during these past (almost) 4 weeks.
